KLQ-600J automatic bidirectional grooving machine

This machine is newly invented based on the rich experience of grooving machinery manufacturing. It can able to cut out the crosswise and lengthwise v- groove (u-groove) or partial groove on the board by once feeding. It’s suitable for various of hard cover and Lid & base boxes,include wine boxes, Mobile phone boxes, shoe boxes, cosmetic boxes, rigid boxes, etc.

Advantages:

• Grooving knives with digital positioning system ; the servo jump knife which is used for cutting partial groove can choose,this will cost extra .
• Function of the intermediate drum: Direction change and speed regulation . It’s an important part to work with rigid box and hardcover ,the hardcover case after v grooved ,no need go through the 2nd grooving machine ,can be direct delivery out of the machine automatically.
• Flipping Principle:Half-overlap product changeover (improved stability and speed)
• Way of receiving finished board : by dedicated conveyor belt.
• The speed settings for the first and second grooving operations can be adjusted independently. Therefore, after grooving the long edge of the rectangular cardboard, the second operation can be accelerated to groove the short edge of the cardboard,improve production efficiency.

The machine is mainly include 4 parts: 

first grooving part ,collecting & conveying part , second grooving part ,dedicated conveyor belt for delivery final cardboard .

Use longer aligning device and collecting & conveying part to ensure that the cardboard go straight into each grooving parts,then improve the grooving accuracy ,to avoid the high and low corners of box by poor grooving accuracy .
