Usage :

It’s suitable for various of hard cover , Lid and base boxes ,include Mobile phone boxes,shoe boxes,cosmetic boxes,rigid boxes,etc .

Advantages :

The machine is mainly include 6 parts : 4 corners die-cutting machine , bidirectional grooving machine , finished board collecting conveyor belt .
Use longer aligning device and collecting & conveying part to ensure that the cardboard go straightly into each grooving parts,then improve the grooving accuracy ,to avoid the high and low corners of box by poor grooving accuracy .
If you no need corner cutting ( corner die cutting ) ,you can close the corner cutting machine ,then the bidirectional grooving machine will work independently .
